Accountant in an international company (remote work).

Readiness for an internship abroad in one of the company's branches (2-3 months). Fluency in English.

Localization: office in Minsk after the internship. Official employment.

Requirements:

  • Incoming and outgoing banking transactions. Verification of payment requests.
  • Daily cash flow report to assess the financial position of the company.
  • Management of small cash transactions.
  • Schedules of advance payments and accruals, including accrued/prepaid income, accrued/prepaid expenses.
  • Accounts receivable/payable cycle management, tracking and reporting.
  • Filing a VAT declaration.
  • Interaction with external accountants of the company on audit and other special issues. Interaction with auditors for the successful completion of the audit.
  • Control and verification of the order of accrual of purchase orders.
  • Work with the management team to ensure accurate cost allocation.
  • Interaction with other departments and structural divisions on a number of issues.
  • Bookkeeping and preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement.
  • Providing consistent, timely, accurate, high-quality and detailed financial statements.
  • Collection, interpretation and analysis of financial information, Preparation of reports in PowerPoint presentation format.
  • Preparation of documentation for submission of applications for participation in the tender.

Key skills:

  • Good knowledge of accounting standards
  • Knowledge of ERP accounting software
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience with standard accounting programs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Qualification of a chartered accountant
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the field of audit
  • Fluency in English and Russian
